New Academic Year Orientation Workshop: GFS Students Ready to Break Through for the 2026-2027 Journey
17/08/2026
As part of the orientation week activities, today’s "New Academic Year Orientation" workshop aimed to provide students with comprehensive insights into key highlights and strategic focuses for the upcoming school year.
The program also offered new members a valuable opportunity to adapt to the environment, adjust to daily communal routines, and connect deeply with GFS's school culture.

Students across all grade levels enthusiastically engaged with essential topics: academic and personal development activities aligned with the annual theme, "Curiosity at the Heart of Learning"; the continuation of the "Bucky’s Corner" suggestion box to foster positive improvements; the annual student award system; talent clubs; and the election of the new Student Council.
Understanding planned activities and competitions right from the start gives students a solid foundation, inspiring proactivity, positive thinking, and independence. This empowers them to design personal learning and development plans, focusing on leveraging their strengths while improving areas of growth through suitable opportunities.

Teachers are confident that thorough preparation during Orientation Week equips GFS students with a strong foundation for the 2026-2027 school year, setting the stage for a dynamic journey filled with breakthrough achievements and memorable success.
