Bus service is an optional service and is arranged according to the ability of the School and the wishes of the Parents. Bus service is only guaranteed in the event that the Parents have completed the payment of bus service fees for the student and the School has arranged a suitable bus route with the student's registration. Whether or not the home shuttle bus route will be open will depend on the location of the area and the number of registrations in that area: For the pick-up and drop-off addresses in the street/alley where the vehicle is not convenient to travel, the traffic situation is unfavorable or is likely to be unsafe, the bus will only pick up and drop off students at a point identified as: convenient for bus circulation, stopping and safe for students. For addresses that are apartments of the building, the bus will pick up/drop off students at the main gate of the building. Parents need to arrange to pick up students at this location. The car supervisor will confirm the pick-up/drop-off point with Parents within the first week of picking up students. Parents are responsible for picking up and dropping off students right at the confirmed bus point.
When the number of students on the route increases or decreases, the School will notify parents when there is a change in the time or route of transportation. Vehicles that the school can use to transport students can be 7-seater, 16-seat, 29-seat or 45-seat car depending on the number of registered students and traffic conditions of the route, but ensure quality quality in transportation activities such as professional and experienced management team, drivers in the field of transportation, vehicles always fully equipped with seat belts, vehicles with air conditioning, civil liability insurance, etc. The school conducts additional routing, change of route in the school year periodically 2 times / month and the start date of using / changing bus service in the school year is the 1st of the month for registered students. new/change of service from the 9th to the 23rd of the previous month, the 15th of the month for students who applied for a new/change of service from the 24th of the previous month to the 8th of this month . Students who are using the bus service wish to stop the service, Parents need to register information with the School at least 15 days before the service stop date.

Sign up for a shuttle Parents wishing to use the shuttle bus will be advised of some convenient pick-up points for students on the existing bus route. Parents fill out the Transportation Application Form. Services will contact the parent to notify and confirm. Redeem the shuttle bus point Parents discuss with the Admissions and Customer Care Department and fill out the application form for exchange of shuttle points. Services will contact the parent to notify and confirm the change is in effect. Stop the shuttle service Parents discuss with the Admissions and Customer Care Department and fill out the shuttle bus service stoppage form. After receiving and processing, the Service Department will contact the parent to notify and confirm the stop of the car service.
