1. Application fee

1.1. When submitting the enrollment application, the application fee will be 3,000,000 VND/student (nonrefundable, non-transferable in any case, collected only once when applying). 

1.2.  The completion of the above fee is not considered as acceptance to Greenfield School. The school only accepts students officially enrolled in accordance with Admission Regulations.

2. School development fee

2.1. School development fee is an annual fee, to invest in upgrading and maintaining the school's infrastructure in order to better enhance the learning experience of students. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstances.

2.2. School development fee: 4,000,000 VND/year. Students enrolling in the second semester will need to pay 50% of the tuition fee for the whole school year.

3. Classroom materials fee

3.1. The classroom materials fee is an annual fee, aimed at investing in classroom learning equipment, specific learning materials, software, training programs and other tools for the arts, culture and sporting activities. This fee does not include textbooks. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3.2. Classroom materials fee: 2,500,000 VND/year. Students enrolling in the second semester will need to pay 50% of the classroom materials fee for the whole school year.

4. Extracurricular activities fee

4.1. The school organizes a series of experiential programs, competitions, extracurricular events, and field trips throughout the school year to help students expand their worldview, enhance their real-life experiences and apply acquired knowledge from the classroom.

4.2. Extracurricular activities fee: 2,000,000 VND/year. Students enrolling in the second semester will need to pay 50% of the annual fee. Some extracurricular activities may incur additional costs when provided by external organizations.

5. Mandatory medical insurance premium (temporary collection)

5.1. Students will participate in medical insurance for medical examination and treatment in accordance with the Law on Health Insurance. This will be covered by the medical insurance plan within the scope of their benefits.

5.2. The school will temporarily collect a one-time health insurance premium at the beginning of the school year for: 500,000 VND/year. The difference in fees after the official announcement of the insurance agency compared to the collected amount will be settled by the school at the end of the school year.

5.3. In the case of the student has an existing insurance plan and is still valid (e.g.: military child), parents do not have to pay this fee. Instead, the student will be required to provide a copy of the insurance card for the school to monitor and manage.

Incentives policies only applies to those who paid all of the new school year’s fees in full (detailed in section II.) and other fees according to the financial regulations of Greenfield School. The following incentives are applied simultaneously in the following order:

1. Pioneer Student Incentive

1.1 Discount of 25,000,000 VND/year on tuition fees when paying tuition fees annually.

1.2 Discount of 5% on tuition fees when paying tuition fees by term or year.

1.3 This incentive is only applied to students enrolling in the 2025-2026 school year and completing the admission procedures before September 1, 2025, and is applied continuously in the following school years until the student stops studying at the school.

1.4 This incentive value is calculated per student and is deducted directly from the tuition receipt without being converted or paid in cash. This incentive value is not reserved or transferable.

1.5  This incentive program will automatically expire when the quota is full or the issuance period expires, depending on which condition comes first.

1.6 In case a student drops out of school mid-year during the incentive period, the School will collect the incentive applied for that school year.

2. Early payment incentive

5% discount on the main tuition fee, when paying tuition by term or by year before 01/06/2025.

3. Annual, semester payment incentive

5% discount on the main tuition fee, shuttle service fee, and food & boarding service fee when paying for the whole year in one lump sum before 15/07/2025.

2% discount on regular tuition fees, when paying tuition fees at once for the entire semester before 15/07/2025 (for HK1) and before 15/01/2026 (for HK2).

4. Group admission discount

5% discount on regular tuition fees, applied to groups of students enrolling from 03 families or more, completing the admission procedures together, and paying tuition fees at once for the entire year or semester before 15/07/2025 (for HKI) and before 15/01/2026 (for HKII).

5. Discount for second child and above

5% discount on regular tuition fees, applicable to the second child and above in the same family unit (biological or legally adopted child) studying at the school when paying tuition fees in one lump sum for the whole year or by semester before 15/07/2025 (for semester I) and before 15/01/2026 (for semester II).

40% discount on shuttle service fee for the second child and above if round-trip shuttle, same location as siblings.

1. The deadline for paying fees for students enrolling in the 2025-2026 school year is according to the Admission Letter from the school for each application period.

2. Parents can choose to pay the annual fee to enjoy incentives and discounts. In case the parent chooses to pay the fee by semester, the deadline for paying the fee for each semester is as follows: (i) For 1st Semester: before July 15, 2025; (ii) For 2nd Semester: before December 15, 2026

3. In case Parents choose to pay tuition fees by semester, the deadline for paying tuition fees for each semester is specified as follows: (i) For Semester 1: before July 15, 2025; (ii) For Semester 2: before October 31, 2025; (iii) For Semester 3: before January 15, 2026; (iv) For Semester 4: before March 31, 2026.

4. Payment method: Fees can be paid directly at the Admissions and Customer Care Department or by bank transfer according to the instructions from the school's website, or according to the school's payment information as follows:

5. Parents are fully responsible for fees payments and payment deadlines, even when the school's tuition fee and fees reminder did not reach the Parents.

6. After the payment deadline, the late fee will be 0.03% per day on top of the outstanding balance. Parents are fully responsible for this late fee along with the outstanding balance.

7. If fees have not been paid in full after 30 days from the due date, the school reserves the right to retain the student’s Academic Report and reserves the right to accept or refuse to provide any further services until all fees are received. In case a student is absent from school, Parents are still responsible for paying all outstanding fees (if any) to the school.

8. In the event of: (i) the student is 30 days late in payment, and (ii) the student has been discontinued from the provision of educational services, the school reserves the right to accept or refuse the student’s re- enrollment in the future.

1. When a student withdraws/drops out, in all cases, parents must notify the Admissions and Customer Care Department at least 30 days in advance before the official withdrawal/drop out date. In case the Parent does not notify within the prescribed number of days, the official withdrawal date of the Student will be calculated as 30 days from the date the Admissions & Customer Care Department receives the written notice with signature from the Parent (regardless of whether the Student attends school or not).

2.  Fees due when withdraws/ drops out from school are prescribed as follows:

2.1. Tuition Fee, Day-Boarding Service Fee, Shuttle Service Fee: Up to the end of the student’s last month of school. The school will refund the remaining prepaid fee (if any).

2.2. School Development Fees and Materials Fees: Non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2.3. Extracurricular activity fee: Refundable in case the student withdraws/drops out before the official start date of the 1st semester (100% refund) and before the official school date of the 2nd semester (50% refund).

2.4. Health insurance fee: Refund only in the case of the school has not sent the list of insurance enrollment to the State insurance agency.

3. The remaining fees (if any) will be refunded to the Parents within 30 working days after the last school day of the student or from the time the parent completed the withdraws/drops out procedure, whichever point comes later.

4. The school will return the student's academic records within 05 working days after receiving all the documents in accordance with the provisions of the Education Law and the parents have completed the remaining financial obligations according to the school regulations.

5. Day-boarding and shuttle services are optional services and are arranged based on the need of the Parents and the ability to provide from the school. If the Student withdraws/drops out for the reason that these services are not provided, the withdrawal/exclusion procedures still need to comply with the school’s regulations.
